Hawes Creek in located in the Greenpoint PUD which is a 1,000 Acre Planned Community in Harlem Georgia. The Greenpoint PUD includes all types of Residential and Commercial uses. Hawes Creek is the Mini Farm Development of Greenpoint. Lots range from 2.5 to 9.17 Acres. Hawes Creek has lots that are open with pasture land lots that are completely wooded. Certain lots will have access to Hawes Creek on the back of the parcel. We have three lots with private ponds which will be exclusive to the lot owner.
